If it is used within the validity period, it is a qualified grinding wheel; if it is used beyond the validity period, it is not necessarily a qualified grinding wheel. The regulations stipulate that "grinding wheels should be used within the validity period, and resin and rubber bonded grinding wheels must undergo a rotation test after being stored for one year, and those who pass the test can be used."
